Based out of Chula Vista, California, Sam Heating & Air Conditioning is a full service family-owned and operated company serving most of San Diego County.

 

The president and owner, Sam, started out working for major HVAC companies throughout San Diego county. As he gained experience and knowledge from small residential service calls to large commercial contracts, he wanted to provide customers an experience of professional, quality, and honest work that the big companies can not offer. For that he formed Sam Heating and Air Conditioning. Having the ability to provide the professional, quality, and honest work all customers deserve, he strives to make sure all his customers are always satisfied with Sam Heating and Air Conditioning. We provide all the HVAC service you expect from a heating and air conditioning company with out the over the top bill. As we grow we will continue to provided the service you deserve.
