• System filter replacement with disposable filter

• Systems check for any refrigerant leaks

• Inspection of all electrical connections and wiring

• Inspection of supply voltage and amp draw

• Testing of safety switches

• Inspection of temperature drop

• Visual inspection of duct system and registers. Tightening if registers are loose

• System air flow inspection

• Clean up of system as needed

• Inspection of thermostat operation and programming

Price is per system, if servicing involves more than one system on the same property a 20% discount will be applied to each additional unit.
